  • All custom cakes and cupcakes must be picked up before the weekend, unless the party is at a venue and delivery is discussed and cost is added to order.

  • We just added an even smaller smash cake to our menu, now in a 4”.

  • Our cakes and cupcakes are always fresh and never frozen, we source local ingredients and use only the best of products. White Bear is a small business certified home bakery, we do not mass produce.

  • We only use fondant for small details and do not cover cakes in fondant. We no longer create fondant characters as the labor drives the price up significantly. We do opt for plastic figurines like the cake above, it is a win-win as the figures can be washed off afterword and played with.

Custom Cake and Cupcake Process

White Bear takes extreme pride in the cakes and deserts we customize for our clients. Once you review our process and are interested in placing a custom order, please click the button “inquire here” at the bottom of this page. This will take you to our inquiry form where you can view our availability and fill out the form. Rylie or Michelle will then send over an email if we can get you on our books. Our response time is currently 5-6 business days.

1 FLAVOR PER DOZEN, FILLING IS AN ADDITIONAL $5/ DOZEN

Additions:

We can offer paper toppers and plastic figurines at cost

If you would like piped florals, an additional buttercream cost will be applied

SUBMITTING A CUSTOM INQUIRY-

Click the black “inquire here” box below, fill out the inquiry form and allow for up to 5-6 business days for a response via email.

*A deposit of 20% is due at the time of scheduling, full payment is due 2 weeks from pickup and will be arranged through square invoicing platform. Once order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent via provided email where you can pay by card.

I allow pickups, Tuesday-Friday. Availability is limited the dates available to be selected on the calendar are the only dates I am able to accommodate.
